Apply to your hands and face following cleansing. Use it as often as you like, but we recommend daily morning and night application.
The effects of CBD differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. There is 100mg of CBD in our 30ml bottle, and the FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg.
Based on what works best for you, you can use alongside other CBD products, just be mindful of your dosage stacking up throughout the day.
